Payment Plans

Central Africa Seminary offers flexible payment plans to meet each student’s needs. Each course costs K2,500 and payments can be divided according to one of four available plans. Students will work with our Finance Team to select and follow through on their chosen plan.

Option One

The student is to pay 25% of the total bill upfront. The student should divide the balance into four 25% fixed-month figures.

  • Example 1: A student taking one course owes K2 500. They must pay K625 upfront (25% of K2 500) and the balance in three months.
  • Example 2: A student taking three courses owes K7 500. They must pay K1 875 upfront (25% of K7 500) and the remaining K5 625 in three-month instalments.

Option Four

Students must clear course fees in full by the exam week. Failure to do so will result in the student not having access to their results, and they will not register for the next classes.

*Payments are non-refundable unless someone withdraws from the course in the first month. Students should make all payments by the 30th of each month. Students should make late payments by the fifth of the following month. Payments should not be less than K500.
